I'm a physical therapist and fitness coach passionate about helping people achieve their health goals. Whether it's losing weight, keeping up with kids, or feeling good in your body, I'm here for you. I started my fitness journey after having my second child, struggling through Jazzercise classes. I've tried various exercises and believe in their unique benefits. Variety is key; you don't need the same workouts for months to see results. I specialize in helping women over 40 with weight loss challenges, addressing injuries and mobility issues. With my flexible eating plan, I competed as a bodybuilder at 56 and won, enjoying the foods I love. Faith is vital in achieving any goal, including weight loss. Let's combine faith and dedication for your health journey.
